physic fair

What is a good grade 12 physics fair idea?
I need some ideas for a project that relates to something in the grade 12 curriculum and has some good applications. There are some ideas from last semester but I really don't want to do some of the same ones.
Like, a common one was the non Newtonian fluids like the Ooblek. But I don't wanna do that one.
So any ideas?? Best idea gets 10 points!
This may be a bit below grade 12 level, but I remember a pretty cool low tech demonstration of the gravitational warping of space. Make a wooden frame, stretch a thin black rubber sheet across it, paint a grid of lines across the surface, set a pool ball (or something larger, depending on just how big you go!) in the middle to simulate a large gravity source like the sun, and then roll marbles through it to demonstrate parabolic orbits, etc. It's a neat demonstration without tons of work (although some associated supporting materials in posters, computer, etc. would be a good idea).
